Epic Games announced added new games that will hot the Epic Games store. It will also be available on Windows Store at launch. That's good news for fans of the franchise, and it appears that the game's switch to Epic Games Store has been a success. Games like Obsidian's upcoming FPS RPG The Outer Worlds, which was on Steam's storefront for months after its reveal, are now marked for the Epic Store instead of Steam.
During yesterday's "State of Unreal" keynote at the Game Developers Conference 2019, Epic Games showcased a gorgeous ray tracing demo titled "Troll". In addition, games from the company's portfolio should become part of the regular, free offers in the store.
Epic also announced that Ubisoft will place several titles in the Epic Store. It's important to remember that outside of indie studios, publishers decide these moves-505 Games decided for Remedy, and Private Division (Take-Two) decided for Obsidian.
