Holly Willoughby will not be replaced on I'm A Celebrity

Ant McPartlin and girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett have made a decision to jet out of the United Kingdom in order to escape the spotlight as I'm A Celebrity launches for the first time in its 16-year history without the presenting star.

PETA's Director, Elisa Allen said: "The Bushtucker Viles - as PETA calls them - prove that the producers of I'm a Celebrity.Get Me Out of Here! are out of touch and out of ideas". "We are very happy with Holly presenting alongside Dec", a spokesperson added.

Schofield said: "I left a bottle of champagne in her dressing room, so I think that helped".

She told The Sun: "I'm just looking after it until he gets back. These are big shoes, not to fill, but just to keep warm for a little bit..." When the news broke, Willoughby was promptly hit with a wave of sexist criticism, accusing her of abandoning her children to take the job (when, in fact, they're in Australia with her).

After the first two episodes of I'm A Celeb 2018, however, many fans have taken to social networks to criticise Holly's presenting skills on the show - slamming her "lack of banter" and calling her "stiff as a board". The favourite to replace her, with odds of 20/1, was former Queen of the Jungle Scarlett Moffatt.

The trial will see her having to collect stars for her campmates from chambers and holes occupied by snakes.

Anne has won the hearts of viewers so far on the show after revealing her autism battle.

Viewers of Monday night's I'm A Celebrity will see Emily try to win stars for camp as she navigates around hundreds of snakes in underground chambers.
