Harry climbs Sydney Harbor Bridge with Australian PM

Twelve months on from their first official appearance together, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have since got married and announced they are expecting a child in spring.

Speaking to TICKY on Friday, Sydney Games chief executive Patrick Kidd said the first major Invictus Games Sydney event, a motor sport course on Cockatoo Island today, would be "the most challenging competition they've put forward yet".

Prince Harry was dressed in his full military uniform, whilst Meghan Markle wore a stunning black dress by New Zealand designer Emilia Wickstead which retails for $2600.

After the initial meeting, Harry and Meghan were treated to a special dance performance to the Frankie Goes to Hollywood version of The Power of Love.

While visiting Australia for a royal tour, Markle and Prince Harry talked to members of OneWave, an awareness group for mental health and wellbeing at South Bondi Beach in Sydney.

Meghan Markle may be more scrutinised than ever before, but she has admitted she's never felt more relaxed.

"Harry said each and everyone of us will experience poor mental health at some stage in our lives", Charlotte Connell said.

Harry and his American former actress wife will attend the opening and closing games ceremonies.

Harry, who served in the British Army for a decade, founded the Invictus Games in 2014.

Harry, wearing khaki pants and blue shirt, with Meghan in an ankle-length striped dress, kicked off their shoes to sit with members of community group OneWave, which tackles mental health issues using "saltwater therapy, surfing and fluro". "They are showing that mental health does not discriminate", OneWave co-founder Grant Trebilco said. She said she was up at 4:30 a.m. this morning doing yoga in her room as she could not sleep.

And now we know the pregnant Duchess is also keeping up with her favorite wellness activity, yoga.

There were also crowds along Liverpool Street, while other people - and a cardboard cutout of Harry and Meghan - watched on from balconies as the royals arrived.

It seems she's even influenced husband Harry, who spoke about the fight for gender equality at Macarthur Girls High School in Sydney.

VIPS and high-ranking dignitaries joined the royal couple at a reception tonight hosted by NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian at the Opera House.
