April 27, 2018; Anaheim, CA, USA; Los Angeles Angels starting pitcher Shohei Ohtani (17) breaks his bat and is thrown out at first base in the fourth inning of the game against the New York Yankees at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. He homered against Luis Severino earlier in the game.

I don't think anyone can tell me how to play.

According to Hoch, Tanaka and Ohtani did square off in Japan in 2013. He never had a hit against Tanaka, Saturday's scheduled starter for the Yankees. Ohtani will likely be in the lineup against Baltimore.

"You never like to see anyone, especially players that draw attention to our game in a positive way, you never want to see guys out because of an injury or anything like that", Yankees manager Aaron Boone said.

"There's a possibility that he throws a bullpen (session on Monday), but we're still evaluating it", he said. Hopefully, it's something that's not serious. "I mean, look around". Fortunately, there is no concern that Ohtani will land on the disabled list at this point in time. "Right now, we're not considering the DL".

Gregorius hit his 10th on Friday night in the top of the 10th to break a 3-3 tie in the victory that extended New York's winning streak to seven games. Roberts said he felt Bellinger should've tried for a triple on a ball he hit into the alley at San Francisco.
