De Lesseps was ultimately charged, including disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence, and crimes against a person, four of which are felonies.
Luann reportedly had some drinks with a man at the Colony hotel bar on Saturday night before the two left together.
A drunken Luann and the guy apparently did not respond to "multiple attempts to get both subjects to leave over a five minute period".
The outlet also noted that De Lesseps and her family were celebrating the holidays in Jupiter, which is just a short drive north from where the longtime reality star was arrested.
Both women "appeared to be highly intoxicated", and while Olson followed orders to leave, de Lesseps locked herself in the bathroom and refused to come out, the report says. She allegedly "slammed the [bathroom] door on Officer O'Leary's face, striking him in the forehead", according to the police report.
Her ex-husband is now in Palm Beach for Christmas but has made no comment about her arrest.
