Danica Patrick is single again after breakup with Ricky Stenhouse Jr

NASCAR's most famous couple have split, a spokesperson told the Associated Press.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr., driver of the #17 Fastenal Ford, and Danica Patrick, driver of the #10 Aspen Dental Ford, talk after the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Can-Am Duel 1 at Daytona International Speedway on February 23, 2017 in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The soon-to-be retired NASCAR driver and Stenhouse, a fellow circuit star, have called it quits after five years together, Patrick's rep confirmed Monday, via ESPN.

Patrick is 35 and had been previously married before she began dating Stenhouse.

Patrick and Stenhouse announced they were dating in early 2013. Meanwhile, Danica Patrick hopes to be making her final two starts in racing at the Daytona 500 and Indianapolis 500. They had been married for seven years and had no children.

As for Stenhouse, he won two races last season amid his best Cup Series campaign. Patrick announced in November 2012 that she planned to divorce her then-husband Paul Hospenthal, and their divorce was finalized in April 2013.

Patrick only career win in a major series came in IndyCar in 2008 at Motegi.

Patrick has a new book coming out later this month titled, "Pretty Intense: The 90-Day Mind, Body and Food Plan that will Absolutely Change Your Life".
