Harvey Weinstein accused of sex trafficking by British actress Kadian Noble

When she rebuffed him, he "forcibly" pulled her into the bathroom, where he pulled down her shirt, unbuckled his trousers and masturbated as he rubbed against her and then forced her hand on his penis, the lawsuit states.

The lawsuit goes on to implicate Bob Weinstein and their company, saying, "Bob Weinstein and the Weinstein Company LLC participated in this venture of Harvey Weinstein, knowing, or in reckless disregard of the fact, that he would use force, fraud or coercion to engage aspiring young actresses in sexual activity".

What followed was Weinstein allegedly calling a TWC producer and after putting Noble on the line, "The TWC producer told [Noble] that she needed to be "a good girl and do whatever [Weinstein] wished, ' and if she did, then 'they would work" with her further".

At a press conference today in New York, Noble addressed Harvey Weinstein directly: "You completely misused the gift that you have to create magic in this world to absolutely take advantage of people".

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in NY, does not accuse Weinstein of labor trafficking or other exploitations commonly associated with the commercial sex industry.

Noble is alleging that Harvey invited her to his hotel room at Le Majestic Hotel in Cannes in February 2014 under the guise of speaking with her about an acting role he promised she would receive.

Harvey Weinstein was slapped with a civil lawsuit Monday charging him with sex trafficking tied to an alleged assault in Cannes, France.

'Harvey Weinstein ultimately forced Kadian into sexual acts'. A woman targeted by Weinstein would be referred to as an "FOH", or "Friend of Harvey", according to the suit.

Weinstein also asked Kadian to "walk up and down the room for him" as part of an "audition", the lawsuit said.

"Harvey Weinstein actively had no intention of following through with his promise of a role in a TWC project", says Noble's lawsuit.

"TWC employees knew to "take care" of the FOHs".

That's when Weinstein pulled Kadian closer and "groped her breasts", the lawsuit said.

Kadian claims that Weinstein then called an unnamed Weinstein Company producer in the U.S., who told Kadian "that she needed to be "a good girl and do whatever he wished, ' and if she did, then 'they would work" with her further".

As well as denying allegations of non-consensual sex, Weinstein has said - in a statement issued on his behalf - that "there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances". "The benefit of filing under this federal law is that it allows us to bring a claim in the United States for an assault that occurred overseas and it has a 10-year statute of limitations", he said.
