'Glee' Star Mark Salling Pleads Guilty to Possession of Child Pornography

Mark Salling has plea bargained his child pornography case. pleading guilty to possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor. He will also be ordered to pay $50,000 to each victim who requests it, and will be ordered to complete a sex offender treatment program.

The star became a household name the world over after starring in teen TV show Glee as bad boy and heartthrob Puck.

According to new court documents, obtained by The Blast, Salling must also register as a sex offender, have no communication with anyone under the age of 18, and stay at least 100 feet away from schoolyards and parks, public swimming pools, playgrounds, and video arcades.

Mark Salling was charged with two counts of child porn after over 50,000 explicit images of children were found on his personal computer.

Lt. Andrea Grossman, Commander of the LAPD Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force said at the time: "It doesn't matter who you are or what you do, if you hurt a child you will be held accountable".

He was originally facing a maximum of 20 years behind bars. However, as part of the plea deal, he likely will serve around 84 months, or 7 years, and 20 years of supervised release.

She claimed Salling made her have unprotected sex with him and that he pushed her to the ground when confronted with it.

He was originally arrested in December, 2015, after police enforced a raid on his Sunland, California home following a tip-off.
