Samsung was going to launch it at IFA 2017 in September.

Thanks to new renders from leaked images, we now have a better look at the new phablet from Samsung.

Samsung also appears to be confirming the Galaxy Note 8's massive size, Forbes reported.

According to the source, Roland Quandt, the eagerly anticipated device will arrive in Deep Blue color option in addition to Black, Orchid Grey and possibly more options. Over the weekend, pictures of the upcoming smartphone leaked out on Reddit (via 9to5Google), giving us a look at what the S8 Active will look like.

Samsung made a huge effort with this phone - indeed, the Galaxy 8 has the very clear mission or restoring buyers' confidence after the Note 7 disaster. However, it's unknown whether they'll come bundled with the Note 8 or ranged alongside it.

Still, despite the lack of edge-to-edge display, it seems the Active will retain the super-widescreen 18.5:9 aspect ratio of the Galaxy S8, and that's not all it will keep. Glass from the rear panel of the new device will be removed, and the front side will probably close down more durable material.

But with the announcement planned for a month from now, it won't be long until we know what Samsung has in store. The smartphone hides an unspecified octa- core chipset under the hood, clocked at 1.6GHz. On the front is a 5-megapixels selfie-camera with f/2.2 aperture and front LED flash. The Moto G5 Plus can be purchased for as little as $184.99, and for that price you're getting a 1920 x 1080 display, 12MP rear camera, fingerprint scanner, all-metal build, and more.

Samsung's smartphone is expected to feature a complete overhaul to make up for the disastrous Note 7. The phone also packs 3000 mAh battery. The devices comes with a separate slots for memory card and Dual SIMs, which we feel is a convenient feature. The internal memory of 32GB is expa.
