Migos Member Takeoff Gets Kicked off of Delta Flight

Delta said in a statement that the group was removed for a failure to follow crew member instructions and properly stow away their items in the overhead bins.

Migos was removed from the plane on Friday when the group was trying to fly from Atlanta to Des Moines, Iowa, for a show.

The Migos said that Takeoff didn't move his book bag out of the aisle because he was asleep. According to the manager, the three individuals fell asleep in their seats and never heard the instructions.

Major airline Delta looks like they played it safe after kicking Migos off one of their flights. When the plane made it to the runway, the bag was still on the ground with Takeoff snoozing, and thus the "pilot chose to abort takeoff" and take the plane back to the gate.

A video of the incident obtained by TMZ shows a flight attendant and the rappers discussing the situation, with threats of a lawsuit leveled at Delta. Quavo and Offset and the manager made a decision to accompany him off the flight.

A Delta spokesman reached out to TMZ to inform them Migos were kicked off their flight because they "refused to follow crew member instructions to buckle seatbelts and stow carry-on in overhead bins".

The group was rebooked on an alternate flight, which is now in the air.

Their concert in Iowa was set for 10 p.m., while their flight was scheduled to land shortly after 9 p.m.

The group later posted a video on Instagram thanking Delta for giving them an entire plane to themselves for the flight to Des Moines.
