ZTE nubia M2 Play debuts with a wide-angle selfie camera

ZTE has expanded the Nubia M2 line-up with the launch of Nubia M2 Play.

Same as the other Nubia smartphones, the M2 Play also aimed at camera enthusiasts. The Nubia M2 lite has similar octa-core processor Helio P10 chipset alongside a higher 4 GB of RAM. A 3.5mm audio jack is placed on the very top edge of the device, while the speaker grilles are seen at the very bottom edge of the handset along with a microUSB charging port sitting in the middle.

In terms of cameras, there is a 13 Megapixel rear Sony CMOS lens with f/2.2 aperture, autofocus and an LED flash. It is running on Android 7.0 Nougat OS that is overlaid with nubia UI 5.0 skin from the company. It has a 3,000 mAh of non-removable battery. Other features include Bluetooth 4.0 and dual-band 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. The Nubia M2 Play sports a sleek metal unibody design with metal frame all around, giving it a simple and classy look.

The ZTE Nubia M2 Play is a dual-SIM 4G smartphone that comes with a metallic chassis and its front features a 2.5D curved glass that houses a 5.5-inch TFT screen that offers a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels along with a pixel count of 271 ppi. The camera section has a 13MP shooter with f/2.2 aprature on the back and 5MP sensor on the front with f/2.4 aprature for wide-angle selfies.Although this one seems to be a nice option in the mid-range segment, no price details has been officially revealed yet. The thickness of Nubia M2 Play stands at 7.9 mm. There is no information available on its pricing and availability. The device comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable with a microSD card up to 128GB.
