In addition to the note, Kardashian posted a number of intimate pictures of her wedding in Florence, Italy.
Later, Kim followed up with two separate tweets sending her condolences to the families involved, but not before much of the Internet called her out for the "inappropriate" photo accompanying her tweet.
In one, Kardashian bravely holds 11-month old North West while wearing her wedding dress, while another shows her consulting with designers on the fabric. "@arianagrande I love you", Kardashian said in the Tweet.
"I'm praying for everyone in Manchester". So scary to not feel safe in the world.
Following the post, people began accusing the celebrity of making the situation about her because of Kim's prominence in the photograph compared to Grande.
She posted: "Broken. From the bottom of my heart, I am so sorry".
E! News wrote that Kardashian "took a trip down memory lane" to celebrate her married life with Kanye. The picture attached to the Tweet is what caused the controversy though, and it shows Grande with Kardashian enjoying themselves at a concert from her husband, Kanye West. They have been really working on their marriage and their overall daily lifestyle with incorporating each other in it during insane and busy times. The Kardashian-Wests were all smiles in Anaheim Monday and were joined by Kardashians's sister Kourtney and her children. We wish them many more happy years together! Her one-of-a-kind, custom dress was made with white lace and featured a cathedral-length veil.
